Service Rates
At ICS, we pride ourselves on service. The quality of service we provide is what keeps our customers calling back. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship that is beneficial to you as well as ourselves. Your success is our success, and as a result, we not only focus on servicing your equipment but also, the success of your operation. ICS, through its unique business model, is able to operate with minimal overhead. This means lower operating cost. This allows us to provide service rates that are below the market price. The level and quality of service we provide however, is equal to if not better than any company on the market.
On Site Service
$97.50/HR
This rate is our standard rate for Breakdowns, PM service, and Installations. All service calls will be charged a minimum of 1 hour.
Travel
$97.50/HR
This rate is based on round trip travel time from our shop in Griffith to your location. All travel charges will be billed a minimum of 1 hour. ICS does not charge you for mileage.
Shop Labor
$87.50/HR
If your machine is taken into the shop for repairs, an estimate will be provided and you will billed based on this estimate.
